The Concern Citizens of Pace Facebook page is introducing a Good, Better, Best Campaign and they are looking for community support and conversation. In 2007, a Pace Area Plan was developed to allow families in Pace to continue to enjoy a quality of life that encourages families to remain for generations. The individuals who prepared this report made it a point to write in the Vision they wanted to see “Families enjoy the benefits of the modern world and yet also enjoy the feel of the traditional Gulf Coast and its natural beauty.” It is now time to start the development of the modern world. In 2007, 33 individuals of the 34 in attendance saw a need for some sort multi-purpose community building/gymnasium facility that included a variety of uses including performing arts, recreation and storm shelter. It is now 2014, seven years later, and time for us to move forward. This campaign is to excite the residents of our community to see what is the best facility for us to start pursuing.
