State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit William Eddins announced Wednesday Thelma Denise Lowery, 55, Milton was indicted by a Santa Rosa County Grand Jury for first degree felony murder in the death of a 15 month old child attending her daycare. Reports said Lowery is incarcerated with no bond. Eddins said if Lowery is convicted she will face a mandatory life sentence without parole.
