MILTON — Locklin Technical Center's Fourth Annual Miss Beauty That Works pageant, recently held at the Russell Center, showcased local girls' career aspirations, their beauty and Locklin Tech’s goals as a career and technical school. The girls competed for the title of “Miss Beauty That Works 2017.”
The Miss Beauty That Works pageant is a way to show the community that women not only have the ability to be beautiful, but also successful in any career, according to an event spokesperson.
