MILTON — The Milton Rotary Club enjoyed hearing from Charlie Driver, the electronic transportation program manager for Gulf Power.
“Charlie gave a great presentation on the progress of the electric car and how they are rising in popularity and how improvements are being made to the cars,” a Rotary spokesperson stated. “He also gave comparisons showing that the electric car can be more cost-efficient than the traditional combustion engine.”
Gulf Power offers incentives to individuals and businesses with an electric car.
