MILTON — A local woman is among Red Roof’s winners of its 2017 Circle of Excellence Awards.
Chris Cowles joined the Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola East-Milton in 2014 in the housekeeping and maintenance departments. She received the Guest Service Representative Award.
Guests describe Chris as friendly, personable, professional and helpful, with one even saying she “made me feel comfortable and welcomed.”
“It is staff members like Chris who allow Red Roof to be the leader in the economy hotel sector,” said Andrew Alexander, president of Red Roof.
