'How to do Business with Santa Rosa County' workshop set

MILTON — The Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of West Florida has set a "How to do Business with Santa Rosa County" workshop.

The event is 9–11:30 a.m Aug. 9 at the Santa Rosa County Economic Development Office, 6491 Caroline St. in Milton.

Santa Rosa County Procurement Officer James Walters, the guest speaker, will teach attendees how to do business with Santa Rosa County, how to register as a vendor, procurement rules and how to locate bid opportunities. 

Sponsoring the workshop is  Laura Subel, government contracting specialist with the Santa Rosa County Economic Development Office.
