A Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation resulted in the arrest of a Milton man who allegedly stored child pornography on his cellphone.
Patrick Raybon, 30, was arrested Tuesday, charged with 26 counts of possession of obscene material and booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail without a chance for bond. County records indicated that he remained in custody as of Wednesday.

According to his arrest report, FDLE launched an investigation into Raybon’s suspected possession of child pornography Jan. 9 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

The tip referred to a suspicious image uploaded onto Facebook that prompted concern over its obscene nature. When an FDLE special agent investigated the upload, she found a picture of a girl between the ages of 3 and 5 years old posed in an unnatural and lewd manner, the report stated.
Facebook provided authorities with information showing that the uploaded picture was associated with Raybon’s social media account.
On Feb. 18, a Santa Rosa County judge approved a search warrant affidavit for Raybon’s cellphone, and FDLE agents found 25 additional images of child pornography stored on the device, the report stated.
Multiple images depicted children being raped by adults, and a warrant was written for Raybon’s arrest.
