MILTON — Christian Garman with the University of West Florida Innovation Institute spoke to the Milton Rotary Club about the Innovation Institute.

Shared thinking is the center of the Institute’s design. Institute members invite teams to their downtown offices to collaborate and experiment with them, with the goal to always deliver authentic results.

Guiding their work is an innovation process they developed through a combination of several models and practices supporting organizational improvement called the IDEA Method: Incubate, Design, Experience, and Act. It’s the Institute's platform for innovation.

Milton Rotary meets for lunch at noon on Tuesdays at Grover T’s, 5887 Highway 90, Milton.
