MILTON — As of 9:20 a.m., no roads are closed in Milton but there are three with hazards according to Santa Rosa County.
– Rice Road in Milton is open with hazards at 4225.
– Commerce Road in Milton is open with hazards.
– Excalibur Way in Milton is open with hazards near Benny Russell Elementary School.
Hazards means water is over the road or parts of the road, according to the county.
