MILTON — Experts from the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Santa Rosa County Extension Office will offer a class on landscaping.
The free session is available without registration at two locations:
- 10 a.m. Nov. 9 at the Santa Rosa County UF-IFAS Extension Office, 6263 Dogwood Drive in Milton
- 10 a.m. Nov. 17 at the Gulf Breeze Library, 1060 Shoreline Drive in Gulf Breeze
Mary Salinas, UF-IFAS Extension Santa Rosa County residential horticulture agent, will discuss how to implement the nine principles of Florida-friendly landscaping to have a healthier yard, reduce labor and expenses and protect water resources.
