1. ENJOY EQUINE ACTIVITIES. Blackwater Saddle Club will host a play day beginning at noon Nov. 11 at the June Ates Arena, 8600 Bobby Brown Road in East Milton. 2. CHECK YOUR BOAT. The Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 1-7 will give decals to boats that pass the free boating safety check 8-11 a.m. Nov. 11 at Shoreline Boat Ramp in Gulf Breeze. There is no penalty for boats that fail. Contact Chuck Meyer at 626-5927 for details.
3. CELEBRATE VETERANS DAY. The City of Milton will host a Veterans Day ceremony 11 a.m. to noon Nov. 11 in downtown Milton. The event will include the reading of a city proclamation and speeches by local elected officials, presentation of coloring winners and the veterans organizations' wreath placement.
