MILTON — Here is a list of scheduled faith-based services and events.

UPCOMING 

FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF PACE: These events take place at 4540 Chumuckla Highway, Pace, unless otherwise noted:

  • Saturday, Nov. 25 — 9 a.m. decorating the church for Christmas; 11 a.m. Megan’s Love, a picnic with the homeless
  • Sunday, Nov. 26 — 9 a.m. Sunday school for all ages; 9:45 a.m. coffee fellowship in the gym; 10:10 a.m. worship service with nursery provided; and 7 p.m. Administrative Board meeting
  • Monday, Nov. 27 — 9:30 a.m. demo class for "The Learning Groove" in the children’s sanctuary (this is a parent/child music movement class); for ages birth to 4 years old; and 4:30 p.m. Stephen Ministry
  • Tuesday, Nov. 28 — 6 p.m. Praise Band Practice
  • Wednesday, Nov. 29 — 5-6 p.m. Wednesday Night supper (Call the church office for reservations while they last); Bible study for all ages; and choir practice at 7:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 30 — 8 a.m. Youth breakfast at Chick-fil-A
  • Saturday, Dec. 2 — 9 a.m. Pace Christmas parade; 11 a.m. Megan’s Love, a picnic with the homeless.

RECURRING 

FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF MILTON: Worship services are 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sundays. Nov. 20-24, usual weekly activities are canceled due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Details: 623-6683.

FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF MILTON: Worship services are 9 a.m. Sundays, followed by a coffee social at 10 a.m. and Sunday school at 10:30 a.m. at 5203 Elmira St., Milton. FPC Milton's Open Hearts Ministry, a Bible study group for adults with special needs, meets 6 p.m. Wednesdays.

DESTINY BIBLE CHURCH: Worship service is 10 a.m. Sundays. Wednesday’s Reflect, Share, Study is 7 p.m. at 4867 W. Spencer Field Road, Pace.

PLEASANT GROVE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH: Events include 10 a.m. Sunday school, 11 a.m. worship service, 6 p.m. men’s and women’s studies and 7 p.m. worship service. Wednesday night Building Tomorrow’s Church meetings are at 7 p.m. The church is located at 11130 Highway 87 N., Milton.

MILTON FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD: Worship 10:30 a.m. Sundays and 7 p.m. Wednesdays at 6163 Dogwood Drive, Milton. Details: 623-2854.

BAGDAD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH: 8:30 a.m. contemporary worship service, 10 a.m. traditional worship service at 4540 Forsyth St., Bagdad.
