MILTON — Here are highlights involving area students:

A total of 12,594 students enrolled during the 2017 fall semester at the University of Alabama were named to the dean's list with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the president's list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's).

Roger Williams University announced hat Gabriele Rozier of Pace graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies in December as part of the Class of 2017.

Stephanie Arnold, of Harold, has earned the Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University.

Arnold was among nearly 800 undergraduate and graduate students who completed the requirements for their respective degrees during the fall 2017 semester.
