MILTON — The Santa Rosa County Commission declared Oct. 6 JUMP Day by proclamation. JUMP, the Japanese U.S. Military Program brings together military members and their friends and families past and present, who have served in Japan.
Commissioner Don Salter, during the Sept. 27 Commission meeting read and presented the JUMP Day proclamation for the Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA, proclaiming JUMP Day for Santa Rosa County citizens on Saturday, Oct. 6.
Milton’s Stanley Harper accepted the JUMP proclamation.
