MILTON — The Imogene Theatre regularly holds entertaining and historical events for the community. See what’s coming up at the theatre in November.
Kyle Verner, of R. E. Development Inc., who manages the Imogene Theatre, says patrons should stop by local restaurants downtown and pick up food for the movie and trivia night. Concession stands will be open so Verner asks patrons not to bring drinks.
Legends in the Fall: 6:30 p.m. Nov. 2. Imogene is holding a night out with Santa Rosa Kids' House featuring music by the Eagles on the big screen. There will be raffles, hor d'oevres, cocktails, and dancing. The event is open to the public.
Bartending Theatre, hosted by Scratch Ankle Distillery: 7 p.m. Nov. 2. Tickets are on sale for $30 at www.theimogenetheatre.com. The event will consist of four drinks and hors d'oeuvres, plus entertainment. SAD will be on stage to teach people how to make cocktails and even bring some guests up on stage to mix the drinks themselves.
Ultimate Elvis David Lee: 3 p.m. Nov. 11. Doors open at 2 p.m. Tickets are on presale for $20 at www.theimogenetheatre.com or $25 at the door. David Lee was named by Elvis Presley Enterprise the 2015 Ultimate Elvis. This makes David Lee a two-time World Champion as he is also the 2004 World Champion International Images of the King, voted the 2004 People's Choice and the Canadian Grand Champion ~ Professional Division Concert Years World's Largest Elvis Festival Collingwood Ontario July 2004.
Mill Town chili throwdown featuring Leah Seawright in concert: 2 p.m. Nov. 17. Tickets are on sale for $15 at www.theimogenetheatre.com. The chili cook-off starts at 2 p.m. and is free to attend. A portion of the ticket price will benefit hurricane Michael relief efforts. Leah Seawright, an Alabama-based country rocker has been on a steady rise during her tenure as a recording artist and remains a strong force for women in country music.
Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre: 7 p.m. Nov. 30. The Imogene Theatre will be holding a murder mystery dinner theatere. Tickets for the show and meal are $35 for adults, $30 for military, and $25 for children. Tickets for the show without a meal are $20 for all. Following the performance of the murder mystery dinner, there will be karaoke singing open to the public.
