MILTON — Here are highlights involving area students:
Joshua Hall of Navarre has earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Media from Valdosta State University.
Hall was among more than 800 undergraduate and graduate students who completed the requirements for their respective degrees during the Fall 2018 semester.
