Read the instructions

Dear editor,

The children are partying and at play in the House of Representatives regarding the President's State of the Union speech. Does anyone on either political side read "We the People's" Constitution? Article. II. Section. 3. states; "He shall from time to time give to Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, an in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper." These "Master" legislatures need to review the instructions given by our Constitution! If Democrats don't want to attend, that is their constitutional choice; but denying "We the People's" Capital Rotunda to the President is not within the power of either House by our Constitution!
