Dear editor,
The Guy Thompson Community Center’s after-school workshop on Tuesday has a weekly poetry prompt based on the input of teenagers.
This week’s prompt is on how bullies tell teens what to do but once they graduate, their skill-set is pathetic. Workers that bully, order others or use violence get fired.
It’s better for parents to teach teens how to be social and make friends, rather than to stand up to bullies.
They also have free sodas and treats for all teenagers.
