MILTON — The Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County announces the addition of Rendi Bonner, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, to its clinic staff.
Rendi graduated from South University, Savannah, Georgia in January 2018. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Rendi provides family health services, such as school physicals and well child check-ups, as well as family planning services and testing, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted diseases.
To make an appointment, call 850-983-5200. She will see patients by appointment two days a week at the health department, 5527 Stewart St., Milton.
“Becoming a nurse practitioner in public health has been a rewarding and challenging experience,” Rendi said. “Providing care to patients and their families in the public health setting is a privilege.”
