Drive-in COVID-19 testing available at Milton, Midway clinics

MILTON — The Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County will be offering drive-in COVID-19 testing at its clinic sites in Milton and Midway.

Appointments and prescreening are not required. Testing will be done on a first come, first served basis for Florida residents, with or without symptoms.

• Hours are 8:30-11:30 a.m. at 5527 Stewart St., Milton.

• Hours are 8:30-11:30 a.m. at 58400 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze.

Bring identification and be aware that wait times may vary depending on the number of individuals requesting testing.

To receive a test:

Drive to either DOH location, park, and remain in your vehicle.

Call the DOH COVID-19 Call Center at 850-564-2307 to be connected to an operator who will collect your demographic information (name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and insurance information).

There is no fee. Insurance may be billed to recover administrative costs.

A nurse will come to your vehicle to collect the specimen.

Results will take a minimum of five days. Participants will receive a telephone call informing them of their results as soon as it is available.
