Hello, I just want to publicly thank Chris Holley for sharing the legend of the Dogwood Tree. I heard it years ago and hear it was good to hear it again. Also, I appreciate her for speaking out about not being afraid of Jesus’ name. Anybody who is ashamed of the Lord’s name is not right. We should be glad to speak about Jesus. Thank you.

Hello, this is Catherine. Everyone seems to agree we need answers to the bottleneck in downtown Milton. Put my vote on the suggestion by Steven King last Saturday to do a one-way lane going west from the river up to Stewart Street. It’ll be a lot cheaper than just tearing everything down or a complete overhaul of everything downtown. Thank you.

This is Marianne. With the economy being so bad I can’t understand the city’s plans on expanding the river walk. We need a new bridge over Blackwater to relieve the headache traffic through downtown Milton. No better choice than north of Pleasant Ridge joining on to Berryhill Street. Thank you very much.

Hey this is Dennis Dean. The far left wants us to be more accepting and tolerant toward them but they show very little acceptance or tolerance for us. I believe the Webster dictionary has a word for that.

This is Joyce from Milton, just reading the Wednesday Press Gazette entitled “Berryhill Road deteriorating, county approves plan” because so much traffic is on Berryhill Road. Not one place in this article was written about the log trucks using Berryhill Road. I understood they stopped using the road. Now they’re using it again and nobody can tell me if that heavy weight of those log trucks are not causing Berryhill to deteriorate. We’re having to pay because the log trucks can use that road. We need the road fixed but we need the log trucks off of Berryhill Road. Thank you.

Hi, this is Anne and this is my home town and if your so-called change is a tacky beer joint downtown next to our Veterans’ Park then keep your change please. If you want an updated town, go to Pensacola right over across the bridge where you can get mugged and robbed real easy. Thank you.

Here it is, the beginning of April. Santa Rosa County teachers still don’t have a contract. They need a decent raise. They haven’t had a contract since the beginning of the school year. Will their pay, if they get a raise, will it be retro from the beginning of the year? Our teachers are getting the short end of the staff. Thank you.

Hello this is Jerry. Thanks to the good people who run at Cartooning for a Cure. The truth is the FDA, the ACS, and the drug companies will never allow a cancer treatment to be used by our good doctors other than their moneymakers chemo radiation, surgery and a few other fields. Yes, they do research but if the test potentially cures they get control and block them from the public. There are natural cures made by God but they will never be approved by the FDA. They protect their $173 billion a year medical mafia. They will not allow any competition. Thanks
