Hi, I like the article about the confederate flag written by Pamela Holt. She tells it like it is, by the way I am from the north. This is Marie.

This is Bobby. I was just listening on the radio and they were talking about taking the confederate flag down in South Carolina. So naturally they interviewed someone and he said ‘Well that’s good that they took it down, but that is only the beginning and there is lots more that needs to be done.’ That is what bothers me about people, they are never satisfied. You do what they want and they want a little bit more. If you want to fit into society and not be treated any differently, you should blend into society and do the right things and quit having chip on your shoulder and quit poking in the eye of everyone. There is no reason for it. If someone actually does something racist then file charges, but that flag had nothing to do with it. The flag don’t have anything to do with race to me, it’s just southern pride and taking it down didn’t have anything to do with whether or not the real racist can have that flag. They can have a Nazi flag or any other kind of flag. It just pokes a finger in everyone else’s eye. Thank you.

This is Tony in response to Mary in reference to an article previously posted on Yahoo. Christianity is on the decline. You are losing your voice. You stay in your religious cliques enclosed by bricks reaching no one. Churches no longer grow, just the same people year after year throwing stones and going through the same emotions decade after decade. Be Christ-like, not self like. Don’t throw stones, don’t hide. Go amongst sinners, as you are as well, and reach out to them. Fighting will get you nowhere. Christ did not fight, he reached out. Again Christianity is on the decline because people such as this.
