Steps to Health and Wealth: Take the Challenge

Every year, millions of Americans resolve to get healthier and/or wealthier. With more than one-third of American adults weighing in as obese and an average national credit card debt of $15,000 per household, it’s time to put resolve into action!  Small steps are the key to lasting change and there’s a new online program that can help.  The Small Steps to Health and Wealth Challenge begins on Feb. 9.

Once you join the free challenge, you’ll find 10 daily recommended practices, five nutrition-related and five finance-related, to follow for the next four weeks. Track your activities, collect points for each practice you follow each day, and qualify to win great prizes.  It’s that easy!! Call the University of Florida/IFAS Extension Santa Rosa County at (850) 623-3868 or visit http://rutgers.ancc.net and follow the steps to enter the challenge.

Please call The University of Florida/IFAS Extension Santa Rosa County with any questions at (850) 623-3868, weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Extension Service programs are open to all people without regard to race, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin.
