A man from Mary Esther was arrested Friday by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office for obscene communication and cruelty towards child/transmit information harmful to minors. Christopher Donovan Ault, 22, was charged for sending pornographic photos to an iPod being used by a minor in the Navarre area. Reports said the transmission, reported to authorities in July of last year, was sent to a minor in possession of a borrowed iPod. Deputies said the victim made both communication with Ault and had received obscene photos from him. Reports also said Ault was house sitting for a homeowner where the IP addresses were located at the time of the transfer. Ault was released on $15,000 bail.
