The University of Florida, West Florida Research and Education Center is having its first ever Fall Harvest Dinner on Friday, October 24, at West Florida Research and Education Center’s research facility located at 4253 Experiment Road, Hwy 182, Jay from 6 until 9 p.m. Cost is $50 per person and the proceeds from this event will be used to convert an existing equipment building at the Jay Research Center into a conference facility for faculty, students and the public. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Make plans to join us for a night on the farm with live music featuring A Touch of Blue, silent auction, as well as 3 time Iraq war veteran and comedian, Jody Fuller. This is not a black tie affair. The attire is country casual (blue jeans and boots).
