In a twist of fate, pirates gave of their loot to authorities of the sea. The Blackwater Pyrates, under Captain Whitebeard, Walt Schumann (left), gave $1,750 to Milton’s Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 1-8, “Guardians of the Blackwater” under Flotilla Commander John Seely. Schumann said the Flotilla is right in line with the Pyrates’ first mission, promoting safety on the river. The Coast Guard Auxiliary’s mission, according to Seely, is more extensive.
