Doers of the Word Ministries presented 7,000 pounds of food Saturday at their second annual Reimagine Santa Rosa County, an event in which a community can help another community to boost the impoverished by coming together and serve one another. Linda English, administrator of Doers of the Word Ministries, says this community effort is all about doing what Jesus wants us to be about. She says all of the churches, businesses, organizations and schools that have bonded together in such a way to help people in need is a testimony of what God wants His children to be doing, serving one another. English also says many organizations and businesses gave away free items including clothing and food. The next Reimagine event will be March 29 in Warrington at Lexington Terrace Park.
