Dear Editor,
Thank you for this opportunity, I have two things I want to share. First, WUWF has done a great job on putting together a video for a need for a new courthouse in Santa Rosa, (http://youtu.be/haCwPc4ikN0). This needs to be shared because it is time for a new courthouse and to stop worrying about the one cent sales tax. I also heard we have been talking about a new courthouse in Santa Rosa County since 1993. Really, it is time to vote yes and vote on a location and be happy with where we the people have voted on putting the new location. For those that say I won't vote on a new tax unless it goes where I want it is selfish. Let’s move Santa Rosa forward. Secondly, Pace residents should visit with their commissioner at Coffee with the Commissioner, meeting the first Wednesday of every month from 6:30 until 8:30 a.m. at The Drowsy Poet on Woodbine. Why is it that people in our district find it is easy to talk about the Pace area but when there is an opportunity to speak to our community leaders, those individuals are not there? The time is now to stop talking and start acting. Also for those in Pace who want to see progress join the Concern Citizens of Pace Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/citizensofpacefl.
