Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marc Matthew Starnes, 43, Mountain View, AR Saturday for lewd/lascivious behavior of a molestation of a victim less than 12 years of age by an offender 18 years old or older. Reports said deputies were dispatched to Santa Rosa Kid’s House in March of this year. Reports also said the victim was a juvenile at the time of the occurrence. Starnes was arrested and is held at Santa Rosa County Jail with $400,000 bond.
