The Guy Thompson Community Center, formerly known as the Milton Community Center, will be hosting a Senior Appreciation Day on Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Through a partnership with Walgreen’s and the Guy Thompson Community Center seniors will be able to get information on Medicare Part D Enrollment, Blood Pressure Checks as well as their yearly flu and pneumonia vaccines.
The flu and pneumonia vaccines will be free with Medicare and most other insurances.
Also there will be a free gift to the first 50 guests.
