Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office reports a Milton man was charged with 10 counts of lewd-lascivious battery with a victim less than 16 years old and two counts of lewd-lascivious molestation with a victim between the ages of 12 years old to 16 years old with an offender over 18 years old. Brett Francis Rodriguez, 28, was arrested Friday for having a sexual relationship with the victim from the time of June 4th of this year through August 8th. The victim reports an exclusive relationship began last July. Reports said the victim told deputies Rodriguez told her he didn’t care about her age. He is being held without bond at the Santa Rosa County Jail.
