Florida has most juveniles in adult prison system doctor tells Rotary

MILTON — Milton Rotary Club recently heard Dr. Paula Montgomery, a retired family practice physician, speak about juvenile justice. She has a passion to help bring changes to the way that juveniles are sometimes placed in the adult jail system. Dr. Montgomery began her work for this cause in 2014 and has discovered that Florida has more juveniles in the adult prison system that any other state. Dr. Montgomery said she finds her joy in helping those in these situations.
