Pace Rotarian Awarded 5th Paul Harris Fellowship

Pace Rotarian, Lillian McLucas was recently awarded her fifth Paul Harris award by Connie Cushing, President of the Rotary Club of Pace.  This designation is given to a person whose life demonstrates service above self and a shared purpose with the objectives of the Rotary Foundation which include advancing world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education and the alleviation of poverty.  The award is named for Rotary International Founder, Paul Harris, a Chicago attorney.  Rotary International was founded in 1905 and now has more than 1.2 million members worldwide.

Ms. McLucas is a retired Army veteran.  She recently relocated to Pace from Rolla, Missouri and is the first member of the Pace Club to receive this number of awards.
