Maintenance activities will restrict traffic on U.S. 90 in Santa Rosa County Wednesday, May 15. Crews will clean joints on the Simpson River Bridge located west of Pace and perform joint repairs on the Blackwater River Bridge located in Milton. Lane closures will be in effect from 9 p.m. to midnight. Workers will replace overhead signage on the Pensacola Bay Bridge Thursday, May 16. Eastbound lane closures will be in effect 8 p.m. until 4 a.m. Friday, May 17. Traffic may encounter minor delays. Maintenance activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to watch for traffic flaggers, pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, and to use caution when driving in work zones.
