Des Moines, Iowa: American Cattlemen magazine is pleased to announce the winner of our 2013 Cute Calf Contest. Out of 200 entries, the calf with the most votes (2,651) was Holly, a Belted Galloway calf raised by Rachael Lee and Whitehall Farms in Milton, Fla.
“We’re so pleased for Rachael and Holly. This calf was truly adorable and her fan base and support was tremendous. We’re honored to crown Holly as American Cattlemen’s Cute Calf Winner for 2013,” said Livestock Media Group publisher Rick Thomas.
American Cattlemen is a monthly magazine for beef cattle producers, reaching 80,000 producers, farmers and ranchers nationwide.
Rachel and Holly will be showcased in a 3-page feature article in the August edition.
