The United States Postal Service will observe the Presidents Day Holiday on Monday, Feb. 18. The following conditions apply: all classified retail window units will be closed, there will be no delivery of mail by rural or city carriers, mail will not be collected from collection boxes, mail will be boxed to Post Office Boxes, the Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit will be closed, Express Mail (holiday premium) will be delivered. We will resume normal operation on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
