Gospel Projects baseball registration Registration for tee ball, girls fast-pitch softball and boys baseball has begun. Registrants should come by the office of Santa Rosa Christian School from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday or 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays. Gospel Projects Youth Athletic Club provides programs for children 3½ to 14 years old and will be affiliated with USSSA Recreation play. All returning players from last year must register this year. GPYAC reserves the right to close registration in any league before the Feb. 16 deadline if numbers dictate.
Futbol Club of Santa Rosa spring season Futbol Club of Santa Rosa announces the start of the Spring recreational soccer season. From now until Feb. 11, registration is being conducted for all children ages 4 through 17. The fee is $70 for children under 8 and $80 for those 8 and above during the regular registration period. There is a small additional charge for the purchase of a soccer jersey for those who do not already have one. Interested players or their parents can register at www.fcsantarosa.com. Youth baseball and softball seasons Baseball and softball seasons are just around the corner in Milton. The city is accepting sign-ups for baseball and softball for ages 4-6 for tee ball, 7-8 coach pitch, 9-14 kid pitch and 9-16 girls softball. Registration will continue until the league reaches the maximum capacity of players. The registration fee is $80 per child. Free registration is available to those families who qualify. “We are excited about the upcoming season,” said Robert Arnold, the recreation and activities coordinator with the City of Milton Parks and Recreation Department. “We have a great program developing with the city of Milton and are looking to build on what was started last year.” Sign-ups are 12:30-8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays through Feb. 23 at the Milton Community Center.
