Santa Rosa Sheriff's investigators are looking for the man they say stabbed another man in the middle of the street near Avalon Blvd. early Wednesday morning.
He is considered armed and dangerous. The victim, now in stable condition, has not been identified. Officials with the Sheriff's Office say his injuries required several hours of surgery, describing his chest wound as a slash.
Investigators at the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office have obtain a signed warrant for the arrest of Nick Wayne Jetton, date of birth 5/24/88.
Jetton is a white male, 25 years of age 6’3’’ tall and weighs approximately 155 lbs, blond short hair and blue eyes.
Investigators believe Jetton is responsible for the early morning stabbing of a male on Kingery Rd in Milton, FL. It is believed Jetton is in the area and is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Nick Wayne Jetton is urged to contact local law enforcement immediately or Santa Rosa County Crime Stoppers at 437-STOP.

Once Jetton is found, officials say he will be charged with aggravated battery – a 2nd degree felony.
