Santa Rosa Public School kindergarten registration begins April 11
Santa Rosa District Public Schools will be holding Kindergarten Registration for the 2013-2014 school year on specific dates at various school sites. Children must be 5 years-of-age on or before September 1, 2013. Documents needed to register a child are: Birth certificate; State of Florida immunization record (blue card/second Varicella REQUIRED); State of Florida physical within the past year; child’s social security number and proof of Santa Rosa residency. For information parents should contact the specific school their child is zoned to attend.
