After the loss of a loved one, it is often hard to feel opimistic about the future.
You may have found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt that you feel.
Periods of grief are confusing times when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you've never faced before.
GriefShare is for anyone who has lost a spouse, child, family member or friend to death.
Other situations can produce deep grief, such as the loss of custody of a child. GriefShare is not designed to cover any situation other than losses due to death.
First United Methodist Church of Milton is offering GriefShare to the public at 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, beginning August 6.
There is a workbook that accompanies the class.
Cost of the workbook is $15.
To register, please contact the church office at 623-6683.
