Each Mylar packet contains 18oz rice-lentil based product and each packet provides six fortified nutritional meals. Each container will contain a combination of beef flavored and chicken flavored product. The 18-packet and 30-packet buckets provide a 25-year shelf life and can be stored for future emergencies. The packet shipped in a cardboard case (36) has a 5-year shelf life in the individual Mylar packets.
This product is offered by OneHarvest in a 3 1/2 gallon or 5 gallon air tight, moisture tight heavy duty Food Grade plastic bucket, or in a cardboard box. The 3 1/2 gallon bucket contains 18 – 18oz Mylar packets. The 5 gallon bucket contains 30 x 18oz Mylar packets and the cardboard case holds 36 Mylar packets. Easy to prepare: Boil 9 cups of water, add contents of package, stir and cover. Boil over low heat for 20 minutes, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. Accepting orders on Monday Mar. 4 (5 – 7 pm) & Tuesday Mar. 5 (10 – noon)
