Alyssa Quigley, 15, a Freshman at Pace High School, was accepted into the prestigious Orlando Ballet School Summer Intensive 2013.
Orlando Ballet School has been regarded as one of the best training academies in the world. They evaluated dancers during a national audition tour of 24 cities including New York, Boston and Chicago.
They had nearly 1,000 dancers audition and only 250 spots available. Alyssa has been taking Ballet lessons for 10 years, including Pointe for the last 4 years.
She also takes classes in the dance genres of Modern, Jazz, Lyrical and Tap. Alyssa has trained for years under the direction of Christy Ross and Julie Carrier of Time to Shine! Performing Arts Center in Pace.
