Today’s baby of the week is little Oliver Franklin Bailey, who was born July 1, 2012. Oliver, who is the son of Kenny and Sherri Ann Bailey, checked in at a whopping seven pounds and nine ounces. Olivers is the grandson of Jerry and Beth Rolinger and Frank and Tina Bailey, all in Milton. Oliver is currently in Germany while his father serves in the U.S. Air Force.
