A No True Bill was returned by a Santa Rosa County Grand Jury in its review of the former TEAM Santa Rosa.
According to State Attorney Bill Eddins the review involved more than 16 hours of testimony and deliberations over a two-day period.
With the grand jury returning a No True Bill, it is an indication they found insufficient evidence for the filing of any criminal charges.
The allegations the members of the Santa Rosa County Grand Jury looked into dated back as far as 2004.
Over the period investigated there were allegations and claims that employees or members of TEAM Santa Rosa may have violated state laws in various ways.
Testimony heard by the empanelled grand jury included none witnesses and numerous documents and other items of evidence.
