Santa Rosa County Library Friends groups regularly hold book sales to raise funds for Santa Rosa libraries – providing supplemental resources for library programs and activities and support for youth programs and special events throughout the year. • Friends of the Gulf Breeze Library: Nov. 16-17; hours are 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday & Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Gulf Breeze Library, 1060 Shoreline Dr., Gulf Breeze. • Friends of the Milton Library: Oct. 12-13; hours are Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & Saturday 9 a.m.- noon at the Milton Library, 5541 Alabama St., Milton. • Friends of the Navarre Library: Oct. 26-27; hours are Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. & Saturday 9 a.m.- noon at the Navarre Library, 8484 James Harvell Rd., Navarre. The public is invited to the Friends Annual Meeting and Book Sale Preview Party on Thursday, Oct. 25, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. The Santa Rosa County Library System is a department of the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners.
