The Jay Historical Society will hold its first Cotton Festival on Nov. 24 on the lot behind their museum and next to the dentist's office.
Entertainment will begin at 12:30 p.m. following the Town of Jay's Christmas Parade. There will be karaoke all day.
Other items besides food and beverages, will be a small and large bounce house, wagon rides, and much more.
The West Santa Rosa Railroad Museum will have two train displays in the Dura-Med parking lot, which is where the Town of Jay's Christmas Tree will be located.
Also Winston Burnham, a flint knapper, will be making arrowheads and doing rock carving.
Santa will be inside the Jay Historical Museum and for a donation you can take as many photos with Santa as you wish.
A few food, craft, and other vendor spaces remain available.

Also there are a few openings for entertainment during the day.
This will be a family festival with free admission and free parking.
