This is Mary, a concerned senior citizen. I’m thinking that this is strange that in America, a land of freedom, that our people are being killed for their faith. Is this the America that awe grew up with, when you say you’re a Christian and you can get shot for that? That sounds to me like somebody needs to take control and stop this. This is the same thing that’s happening over in other countries and instead of more gun control we need to give guns to the ones that are on guard at these colleges and places. Somebody that’s trained to use a gun and we’d stop about three fourths of that. It’s about time for our president to wake up and look at the facts of life and realize what’s going on because every time there’s been a shooting, they picked a place where there were no guns on the officers, so that tells you that we need to have guns in the places where the officers are. Thank you.

Hi, this is John in Milton. I just wanted to suggest that maybe the next time Santa RosaCounty needs some roads and bridges built that they let the contractor who built the Colonel Sanders in Pace bid on the job. That business seemed to go up in record time, and if that wasn’t the issue then maybe offer free chicken to the present contractors working on our roads.
