Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Event on Saturday, March 26th  at Sims Middle School beginning at 5 p.m., 5500 Education Drive.  Hosted by "The Prov." First United Methodist Church of Milton

The First United Methodist Church of Milton holds services at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. each Sunday morning. The Rev. M. Kathryn Knight will deliver her sermon on the "The God of Second Chances," using scripture verse Luke 13:1-9. Wednesday's fellowship begins at 3 p.m. with Bible study and 5 p.m. with youth and children's services. For more information call 623-6683.

Immanuel Baptist Church

Immanuel Baptist Church on Highway 90 in Pace will sponsor an Upward Flag Football program this fall. This program is part of an effort to reach out to the local community, particularly young families. The Upward program will also feature cheerleading for girls. Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church

The Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Women’s Ministry will have their annual prayer breakfast at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 5 in the kitchen annex. The speaker is Mikia Carter of Liberty Church, Blue Angel Campus, Pensacola. Tickets are $8 each and can be purchased from any female member of BethlehemPrimitiveBaptistChurch or by calling 983-2718 or email bpbcclerk5339@aol.com. Men are welcome.

First Presbyterian Church of Milton

Church services are held at 10:30 each Sunday morning. First Presbyterian Church is located at 5203 Elmira Street in historic downtown Milton. This Sunday the sermon will be delivered by Lori Prettyman. We continue our church wide study of “The Book,” with two adult study classes and Sunday school for pre-K and K held in the Fellowship Hall Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. There is a nursery during the church service for infants and toddlers. We welcome all visitors and encourage you to attend if you are new in the area or looking for a church family. Our ministry for adults with disabilities, “Open Hearts,” meets every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. We are continuing with our Lenten dinner/devotion every Wednesday at 6 p.m. with a light meal provided by the church.
