Residents filled North Willing Street on Friday night in order to attend the annual Scratch Ankle Festival in downtown Milton.

The community event, organized by the City of Milton, featured numerous non-profit organizations including school clubs, church groups and other organizations in order to spread their message and raise money for a particular cause. In addition to various types of foods and snacks, the annual event also included family-friendly activities.
