MILTON — The Tobacco Free Santa Rosa Coalition will host the Sustaining Our Future Workshop from 12-6 p.m. Thursday, May 26 in the main conference room of the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County.
The workshop will bring together coalition members, community partners, small business owners and human resource managers to discuss electronic nicotine delivery systems, smoke-free multi-unit housing, smoking cessation and optimizing employee health.
The keynote speaker will be George J. Pfeiffer, founder and president of the Work Care Group, Inc. and author of several resource guides on health and aging. He has more than 40 years’ experience in worksite health promotion.
Other speakers include representatives from the Partnership for a Healthy Community, West Florida Area Health Education Center, and health educators with the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County.
